In regards to strumming, this one definitely has an interesting groove and we break it down into a few different motions: full strum (long arrow), root strum (short arrow), and mute strum (x). The rest of the tune isn’t so bad, though, it’s mostly just holding chord shapes and strumming. It starts with a pretty tough “legato” phrase that requires you do do a few hammer-on’s and pull-off’s in a row. We start off by showing you the main riff/lick. Hopefully you have a capo because this one definitely requires it, although you can still play it in the open position – just not along to the recording.
