I cant change read only attribute to folders (not even logged to the default "windows 7 Administrator" I head small issue changing a file permissions so i used "Take Ownership" TweakĪnd since then i noticed although i'm the administrator, "my files" are not really mine. Not sure of the source of my issues, it started way back months ago maybe a year back
